ABOUT  WILL

Will Russell, a member of the Mississippi and Federal Bar Associations, has been practicing law since 2015. He previously served as an associate at two different firms before establishing his own practice in 2017. Will now practices in Jackson and the surrounding communities in the areas of general litigation, family law, estate planning, probate, corporate tax, business transactions, tax controversy matters, and criminal defense. 

Education:

Mr. Russell earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. There, Mr. Russell served as President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, was a member of the Mississippi Defense Lawyer’s Association, and participated in the Elder Law Clinic. Will earned his bachelor’s degree from Ole Miss, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. In his spare time, Will enjoys duck hunting, Ole Miss sports, and photography.
